Enter the hours and minutes you're scheduled to work each day. This total becomes your weekly target above, and "Hours worked this week" in the Week done summary is totalled from these instead of booked job time.

Job Details
Enter the hours it takes to make one part and how many parts are in the job. The card works out the total time automatically. Tap Add to total to drop that time into your running total. Job Title and Job Number are optional (up to 60 characters each) — fill them in to label the job before tapping Add to total, and that label travels with that job. Change the fields for your next job before adding it, and each one is kept separately. The fields themselves clear when you tap Day done.
Scanning a barcode
Tap the barcode icon inside the Job Title or Job Number field to open the scanner. Line the barcode up in the frame, then tap Capture to take a still shot and read it — a successful read fills that field automatically and closes the scanner. If nothing is found, you can adjust and tap Capture again. Tap the ✕ to close the scanner without scanning. This needs camera access.
History & Exports
Use the History section to view past completed days and weeks. You can export all your recorded data to a CSV or Text file for backup, or tap Print to generate a clean, formatted report of your shifts to hand in or save as a PDF.
Dark mode
Tap the sun/moon icon in the top bar to switch between light and dark themes. Your choice is remembered the next time you open the app.
Expanding & collapsing windows
Tap a window's header to collapse or expand it — handy for tucking away sections youre not using right now. Job Details always stays open; every other window remembers whether you left it open or collapsed the next time you open the app.
